I hired the Ark team for a full renovation of my kitchen and both bathrooms. One of the best choices I made, because I am very happy with the results and everything went out perfectly. Looking forward to more projects in the future!

Went with them for my kitchen renovations. Anton was amazing. Everything was done beyond my expectations. Workers were friendly and left the space clean everyday. Definitely recommend.

I’ve only had negative interactions with contractors before but Elton and his team at ark were truly amazing. Not only is the quality of their work impeccable, but they are extremely efficient in getting everything done in a timely matter. Elton was accommodating and kept us informed every step of the way. Other companies quoted a month and half to finish my small bathroom, but Ark had it all wrapped up in a little over two weeks (which is amazing because I chose a very tricky wall tile), and it was only over 2 weeks because we were waiting on a faucet. I’m recommending Ark to anybody and everybody. I’m beyond impressed with the end result and their consistent professionalism. A+++!!!

I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a contractor as quick, reliable, and detail-oriented as Elton. As a first-time rental property owner in Ridgewood, I undertook a full gut renovation of all four units—including brand new bathrooms and kitchens. After interviewing several contractors, I instantly connected with Elton, and choosing him was by far the best decision I made during the entire project. Elton delivered exceptional results on a tight timeline and was always available to discuss details or changes in scope. He consistently went above and beyond, proactively identifying potential structural issues and recommending practical, cost-effective solutions—like installing cast iron beams in the basement. As the project evolved, Elton adapted seamlessly to new requirements, from installing mini splits and converting the basement into a common laundry area, to switching the building from gas to electricity. His flexibility and expertise were invaluable, especially during the stressful moments that come with major renovations. What truly sets Elton apart is his sense of ownership and commitment. I recently had the pleasure of working with Elton and his team at Ark Construction NY for a full gut renovation of our kitchen and some updates to the bathroom. I can't say enough great things about the experience! From the get-go, Elton was extremely professional and clear about the timeline for the project. He kept to the schedule, which is something I really appreciated. As I was overseeing the renovation remotely, communication was key, and Elton excelled in this area. He provided daily updates on the progress, sent pictures, and answered any questions I had promptly. It made the entire process so much smoother knowing I could trust him to keep me in the loop at all times. The quality of the work is exceptional. The kitchen is completely transformed, and the bathroom looks fantastic as well. Elton's team paid attention to every detail, and it’s clear that they take pride in their work. Elton and his team were a complete blessing! We decided to gut renovate the bathroom to resolve a leak next door. We met with Elton and appreciated his honesty, transparency and fairness. His team were very detailed and clean protecting all our furniture and hallway leading to the apartment and cleaning up after themselves. Furthermore, they were very meticulous to ensure everything was properly measured and placed. Additionally, thanks to the work they were doing, we discovered another leak from above which Elton's team resolved. Despite the new discovery and delay in getting the shower door, they completed the project just one week behind in time for the new year. Lastly, throughout the project, they were communicative and punctual which put me at ease. Thanks to Elton and his team, my mom now has a shower that is ADA compliant to ensure her safety. I look forward to working with Elton and his team again on additional renovations.
